DG Cities Limited is an urban innovation company which specialises in the integration of ‘smart city’ technologies and approaches to maximise their benefits for cities and optimise the use of resources, infrastructure and services. We have particular expertise in ‘smart mobility’ such as Mobility as a Service, e-Mobility and Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.
We are currently delivering a wide range of exciting projects including autonomous and electric vehicle trials and the Smart Mobility Living Lab: London - a new national testbed for future transport technologies, services and business models.
With a new project starting called Apollo 21 we are looking for a new Project Manager to support us in delivering these challenging projects. Apollo21 is a £15m initiative led by Addison Lee and will look at the potential for a fleet of shared AVs to fill mobility gaps between people’s homes and public transport hubs. This project will deploy a fleet of 15 autonomous vehicles across four different pilot locations, with trials taking place in 2020.
In this role you will work as DG Cities Project Manager for the Apollo 21 project. You will oversee a multidisciplinary project team to ensure the successful delivery of DG Cities contributions and ensure that the Apollo service is designed to be beneficial from a city perspective.
Your work may also be required on other projects in our portfolio; giving true variety to your work.
This is a fixed term post for a period of 12 months.
To apply please send your CV and a covering letter outlining how you meet the requirements of the role to [email protected].
There is no closing date. Applications will be reviewed and interviews arranged on a first come first served basis.
